The KrisJenn Ranch is located southeast of Uvalde, Texas about 11 miles. Take FM 140 for 2.7± miles south of Uvalde. Take a left onto County Road 365 for 6.1± miles.  The County Road dead-ends into a private easement road with an automatic gate entrance. Travel one mile down the private road to the main entrance of the KrisJenn Ranch. The ranch is approximately a 1:45 minute drive from San Antonio. Garner Field Airport is approximately 13 miles away, located in Uvalde, Texas.

A wide variety of South Texas brush exists on the ranch, critical for growing large whitetail deer.  The landscape offers thick cover with deep soil mesquite flats, large food plots, and a healthy array of thick native grasses.  There are several fields, the largest being 50± acres, located near the headquarters.  (This field is about 2,900± feet in length and has previously served as a grass landing strip for individuals.) Several other improved pastures serve as additional food plots.A comprehensive road system has been established and can be used to access nearly every part of the ranch.  A quality water system is in place for wildlife, including a system of water troughs, three stock tanks, and a lake in the center of the ranch.  Each of the tanks as well as the lake, can be supplemented.  With approximately 70± feet in elevation changes, the ranch provides a nice translation from South Texas brush country to highly sought-after Frio River frontage. The 2.4± miles of the Frio River that flows through the northern and some of the ranch's eastern parts is highly desirable for an individual looking to invest in a premier live-water property in South Texas. There are massive Cypress trees along the banks, creating a setting that is simply unmatched compared to most live-water properties in the Hill Country and South Texas. Other varieties of trees along the banks of the river include Sycamore and native Pecan.  The river runs wide in many areas and is believed to be 8-12± feet in certain areas. Other recreational river activities include fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and swimming.  Fishing this stretch of the Frio is an angler’s dream with Perch, bass, yellow catfish, blue catfish, and the occasional alligator gar. The seclusion, beauty, and exclusivity of this stretch of the Frio River are simply unmatched.

The main home at the ranch headquarters is a beautifully built three-bedroom and three-bathroom with 3,500± sq ft.  The home overlooks the Frio River providing the perfect backdrop for entertaining. The home has a warm and inviting feel with beautiful Saltillo tile flooring throughout. The avid sportsman will not be disappointed with tremendous hunting and fishing opportunities.  The whitetail deer herd has been well managed over the years.  It is believed that there are whitetail bucks in the 200± Boone and Crockett range within the high-fenced portion of the ranch.  From time to time new genetics have been introduced.  There are approximately nine corn feeders and nine protein feeders strategically located across the ranch. To add even more variety to the hunting there is plenty of opportunities to harvest axis deer, hogs, quail, and turkey. The lake provides a wildlife mecca for avid waterfowl hunters. The ranch is extremely well watered with approximately four trough stations, three stock ponds, as well as the main lake located in the center of the ranch. There are endless opportunities while fishing the Frio River to catch perch, bass, yellow catfish, blue catfish, and the occasional alligator gar.

The main focus of the ranch is the 2.4± miles of the Frio River that flows along much of the north and east boundary.There are several areas where both sides of the river flow through the ranch. This section of the Frio River is extremely secluded and private. Flowing wide in many areas and, at times, 8± to 12± feet deep.  Majestic pecans and towering cypress trees line the banks creating an extremely tranquil setting. The fishing opportunities are incredible, with multiple sites to drop the bass boat in the water. Other recreational activities include kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and swimming. The main home’s back porch has stairs leading down to a large dock that you can fish or rope swing off of. There are three water wells located on the ranch.
