LAND
Crabapple Creek Ranch offers varied and scenic topography with elevations ranging from approximately 1,500’± to 1,760’± above sea level. The rolling terrain offers commanding Hill Country views, including majestic vistas of Enchanted Rock. Numerous draws lined with mature hardwoods and intermittent springs, resulting in gorgeous bottomland with deep soils. Prized Crabapple Creek meanders through the property on both sides for 2,790’± and includes a tremendous combination of beautiful holes of water and small, rapid areas that have carved through granite slabs, creating a beautiful live-water setting.
Vegetation across the ranch includes live oak, post oak, blackjack oak, shin oak, cedar elm, black walnut, and escarpment cherry, creating excellent diversity and a tremendous cover for wildlife. Water
There are 4 water wells across the ranch. Several windmills are not currently in operation. One well near the ranch house has a submersible pump, and another operational solar well is near the center of the ranch.
