TRFS’s objective in pricing its fee is two-fold: (a) to charge a typical market rate based on fair and reasonable compensation levels and (b) to provide incentives to both in-house and outside brokers to enlist full brokerage cooperation on the sale sufficiently. TRFS works with other brokers and encourages full cooperation.
