Fredericksburg, Texas - Specializing in the Hill Country and South Texas Areas

Griffin Kott has deep generational roots in the Texas Hill Country, especially in his hometown of Fredericksburg, where his paternal ancestors settled in the 1860s after emigrating from Germany. Growing up on his family’s ranch in Gillespie County, Griffin developed a strong appreciation for the land and the values associated with ranch life. As a child, he remembers riding into town with his grandfather, listening to stories about the families who owned ranches along the highway and the history behind each property.  Those early conversations planted the seeds for what would become his career as a ranch Broker.

After graduating from Fredericksburg High School, Griffin attended Baylor University, where he earned a degree in Journalism and Public Relations in 2014. Shortly after college, he met Ken Hoerster, founder of Texas Ranches For Sale, and began his career in real estate under Ken’s mentorship. Nearly a decade later, the two continue to work closely together.  Griffin has built a reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable Broker Associate specializing in live water, homes on acreage, hunting, and recreational properties throughout the Texas Hill Country.

Griffin has been a consistent top producer within the Central Hill Country Board of Realtors. Since 2021, he has ranked within the top 5% of agents and brokers in sales volume—an achievement that reflects both his dedication to clients and his deep knowledge of the Hill Country.

Griffin lives in Fredericksburg with his wife, Morgan, and their three children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, participating in church and community activities, attending sporting events, and supporting local youth organizations.

Whether representing Buyers or Sellers, Griffin brings a legacy of local insight, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their land ownership goals.
