The Three Waters Ranch is located 7± miles West of Fredericksburg, Texas, with approximately 3,500± feet of paved Highway 290 West frontage road. The ranch is about 65± miles from San Antonio, 80± miles from Austin, 230± miles from Houston, 260± miles from Dallas/Fort Worth, and 270± miles from Midland/Odessa.
