Located approximately 2 miles east of Medina, Texas, fronting on Hwy. 16 just west of the intersection of FM 2828.

Situated on nice viewpoints on the ranch are two houses. The main house is approximately 2,200+/- sf and is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath. The house needs some updating. A second house is approximately 1,400+/- sf and is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A paved road leads up to the house. Also included are two equipment barns, one being fully enclosed and the other is a newer three sided barn.

The ranch has abundant whitetail, axis, turkey and other wildlife. It is not uncommon to see herds of 25-40 axis deer in the evenings. The dove hunting is also great and can be enhanced with planting other crops.

This property has 5 good water wells. One large well is permitted for 400 gpm and is 320+/- feet deep with a 10” casing. Four other water wells are located throughout the ranch, some have both a submersible and windmill. An additional well is serviced by a windmill, but is not currently in service. There are two tanks on the property. One nice tank in the front part of the ranch could be enlarged and supplemented by the irrigation well nearby. The other tank is currently dry.
