The Madrona Creek Ranch is 8± miles from Boerne, 25± miles from San Antonio, and 90± miles from Austin.

The back of the property consists of unspoiled wilderness with a deep gorge that has two wet-weather waterfalls. The ranch currently has an ag exemption in place under Bandera County.

MAIN HOUSE

The lake has recently been restocked with black bass, bluegill, redear bream, and fathead minnows.

There are two water wells on the property. One well has an insulated pump house with two 3,000± gallon storage tanks that supply the main house. The other well has an insulated pump house with a 3,000± gallon storage tank that provides water to the guest home and block barn.
