Another building nearby serves as a recreational area with a poker table, a pool table, and a shuffle board table.Water and electricity are located at the headquarters. Additional utility lines traverse through the middle of the ranch from north to south. The gorgeous views along with water and electricity availability offer various great building site opportunities.

The amount of wildlife on this property is tremendous. There are large numbers of free ranging axis deer and native white tail deer, as well as frequent sightings of turkey, dove and hogs.

A water well is located on the east side of the ranch providing water to the hunter’s cabin and deer cleaning station. A working windmill is located further west along the south boundary of the property, servicing nearby water troughs and a concrete pila.
