Bluff Springs Ranch fronts on County Road 307. It is 7± miles from Roosevelt, 27± miles from Junction, 35± miles from Sonora, 55± miles from Menard, 68± miles from Mason, 78± miles from Kerrville, 125± miles from San Antonio, and 160± miles from Austin.

The Llano River’s clear waters flow through the ranch. Rock bluffs provide a nice ambiance to the river. There are springs on the ranch, one of which comes up from the center of the river and can be seen flowing into the river’s water. Plentiful hardwoods and native grasses fill the acreage and provide good cover for wildlife.

The ranch has a cabin with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. A porch along the river provides great views of the river. There are a few deer feeders.

Bluff Springs Ranch is home to whitetail deer, axis deer, turkey, hogs, and dove, as well as other native species.

The North Llano River bisects the property. Water for the improvements is provided by a spring box and pumps water from the river to the improvements.
