Twin Oaks Ranch is about 11± miles from Menard, 22± miles from Junction, 40± miles from Mason, 45± miles from Brady, 73± miles from Kerrville, 82± miles from Fredericksburg, 120± miles from San Antonio, and 148± miles from Austin.

Twin Oaks Ranch has a gently rolling terrain with captivating views all over. Majestic oak groves punctuate the acreage. Cedar has been eradicated in most areas and displays the great stewardship that has been in place over the years. There is one pond.

There are not any structural improvements on the property. All the fencing is in good condition, with the eastern boundary being in new condition.
