June is here and summer is in full swing!

Saline Creek Ranch is 20± miles from Junction, 30± miles from Mason, 75± miles from Sonora, 130± miles from San Antonio, and 150± miles from Austin.

The Saline Creek Ranch features 1,150± ft of both sides of the Big Saline Creek that are lined with beautiful, large pecan trees. Springs along the creek create an oasis amongst the trees. The terrain consists of valleys that are as low as 1,825± asl to stunning hilltops as high as 2,032± asl. A nine± acre field is ideal for livestock. Plentiful hardwoods, including pecan, black walnut, chinkapin oak, sycamore, and native grasses fill the landscape and give cover to the wildlife. Cedar has been eradicated in some areas of the ranch.

At the headquarters of the ranch, there is a three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom 2,430± sf modular home. Other improvements include a concrete with rock barn built in the 1940s, a storage building that could be converted into a guesthouse, and working cattle pens.

Wildlife including whitetail, turkey, dove, and hogs are plentiful. Occasionally, there are axis deer that move through the property.

Two water wells are located on the ranch with one submersible located by the headquarters. A holding tank is used for water for the main residence as well as a large concrete pila. Numerous water troughs provide water for wildlife and livestock. A solar submersible well is located in the western part of the ranch. Other water sources are Big Saline Creek and several springs located on the property.
