The ranch can be found about 20± miles northwest of Junction off of County Road 213. The property is located within the historic Cleo area of Kimble County. A short 1,100’± easement off the county road provides additional privacy.

The terrain on the ranch is rolling with some bottomland. Live oaks, other native hardwoods, and juniper provide cover in the draws with scattered mesquite trees. Some of the juniper has been cleared in some areas of the ranch.

Improvements on the ranch include a 1,200± sf cabin with a large rock fireplace, a kitchen, and a bath that overlooks a clearing.  The property is entirely high-fenced and cross-high-fenced into two pastures, so different wildlife can be kept separate.  Electricity is in place and an electric submersible water well is nearby the cabin.

The Running H Ranch is home to native and exotic Kimble County wildlife including axis, whitetail deer, red deer, blackbuck, mouflon, aoudad, wild turkey, hogs, and dove.

The ranch has three water wells located in the north and south areas: two submersibles and one windmill. A large concrete pila is adjacent to the windmill and water troughs provide water for wild game and livestock.
