Slightly rolling terrain with thick native grasses, along with juniper scrub brush, cacti, and sotol. Terrain transitions into beautifully exposed limestone cliffs with unobstructed views that extend for miles. The bottom of these canyons offer a sanctuary for native wildlife and include oak and cedar vegetation. Elevation on the ranch ranges from 2,200± asl to 2,509± asl. Third Canyon and Government Draw are two drainage features that traverse through the ranch, providing beautiful limestone bluffs and remarkable picturesque views. Many additional unnamed draws pass through the ranch as well.

There are no structural improvements, providing a blank canvas for the next owner. Existing infrastructure includes paved County Road access, one operational water well, and on-site electricity.

The ranch has abundant native wildlife, with sightings of whitetail deer, bobwhite quail, blue quail, turkey, dove, and javelina.
