June is here and summer is in full swing!

King Edwin Ranch is about 4± miles from Charlotte, 10± miles from Jourdanton, 16± miles from Pleasanton, 22± miles from Poteet, 45± miles from San Antonio, and 130± miles from Austin.

The property is relatively flat with a diversity of South Texas brush and a wet-weather draw. Mature mesquite and oak transverse all through the property. There are two food plot areas; one is 3± acres and is fenced, and the second is not fenced but has been cleared of brush and consists of about 3± or 4± acres. There is no oil and gas production site on this property, and the property is under an Ag Use Exemption held by a cattle lease.

The property boundary is low fenced and in good shape with five-stranded barb wire. The headquarters is fenced and includes a 2008 single-wide manufactured home that is furnished and in excellent shape inside and outside with new exterior paint, newer front and back stained decks, all residing on a large concrete slab. This area is well known for game including Rio Grande turkey, whitetail deer, dove, and quail. The ranch has no operational feeders or blinds and has not been hunted in a few years.
