Located between Devine and Jourdanton off Highway 173.

Relatively flat brush country with a small drainage running through it called Mile and a Half Creek. The property is rectangular in shape and covered with heavy native mature brush, trees, and good grass.

There is no water well on the property but there is a public utility water line (McCoy) running along the county road frontage. The seller has initiated an application to have a water meter installed once a hydro study has been completed and approved.
