Location
Located between Junction and Roosevelt just off of I-10 West. Take RR 1674 exit and frontage road to Loop 291. Turn left on CR 250 and it is a short distance to the property. (The entrance is accessed via an easement.)

The property is already equipped with a nice, well-decorated manufactured home, carport, outbuildings, and walk-in freezer.
Wildlife
Whitetail deer, hogs, turkey, dove and other wildlife, water fowl. Come and cat a bass, catfish or perch in the river and creeks located on the ranch.

There is one water well with a submersible pump that provides water to the living quarters and barns.
