Located just north of Highway 377 and accessed via a 50' deeded easement on a private road that ends at the ranch entrance.
Land
Terrain consists of nice hilltop views with heavily vegetated draws. Vegetation on the ranch includes live oaks and other native hardwoods, juniper trees and good native grasses covering the area. The main draw bisects the ranch, with several finger draws coming off of it. A good road system navigates across interior roads and most of the perimeter fence lines on the west, north and east boundaries. There are approximately four blinds and feeding stations. The property is under a wildlife exemption.

The improvements are located a short distance from the entrance gate, and includes a one-bedroom and one-bath cabin, with a nice den and kitchen with high ceilings.
