Ranch entrance located at 1726 F.M. 1376 approximately 5 miles north of Sisterdale, Texas. The ranch has 1,400 feet of frontage on the paved Farm to Market road. Distance from Boerne to the ranch is approximately 18 miles and only 21 miles south of Fredericksburg.
