There are many unique topographical features with 100'± in elevation change. Accessible hilltops exist, providing outstanding views. Many draws and nearby valleys showcase the rich diversity in landscape, resulting in a beautiful Hill Country setting.  A nice variety of trees are present, including post oak, live oak, Spanish oak, shin oak, walnut, native pecan, and cedar elm. The vast majority of cedar has been removed over the years, leaving thick stands of native grasses.A nice 4± acre field is located on the northwest side of the ranch. The ranch is void of any major improvements. There is a small equipment shed with three bays. One of the bays has a concrete floor and has served as a workshop area. There is a set of working cattle pens near the equipment shed as well. A water well and onsite electricity are also located nearby.

Wildlife is in abundance with frequent sightings of whitetail, turkey, and dove.  There are many draws on this property making it an ideal landscape for a hunting ranch.

One water well is equipped with a submersible pump on the north end of the property. This water well distributes water to several troughs located throughout the ranch. Indian Creek is fed by intermittent springs that can flow during the wet parts of the year.
