Just east of Moore less than 1/8th of a mile off FM 462 is the 187-acre Moore Estate Subdivision.
Land
The Moore Estates was formerly a cattle grazing ranch with all brush removed and improved and/or native grasses in place with a slight roll and elevation change throughout.
Improvements
New fencing and all-weather subdivision roads are in place. Public Water Line completed and approved by Moore Water Supply as of August 12, 2022, Buyers will need to submit applications to Moore Water Supply for water meter installation. Medina Electric Utilities are available, and buyers will need to submit applications to MEC for meter loop installation. The buyer will need to install private septic systems. Owner financing is available.
DEED RESTRICTIONS
"Light" Deed Restrictions such as double-wides only that are less than five years old are allowed, no more than two homes per lot and no commercial businesses are permitted. A maximum of two residential constructed homes and or double-wide manufactured homes per lot. Lots may not be further subdivided.
