Description
Flying L Ranch is part of a large hunting and cattle ranch located southeast of Sonora. Terrain on the ranch is flat to a little roll with good mesquite deep soil land and nice oak motts. Good road system runs through the ranch with the headquarters located towards the eastern part of the property. Abundant game on the ranch.

Located approximately 18 miles southeast of Sonora on paved county road.
Improvements
A good all-weather road leads from FM 1691 to the east end of the road. Electric lines run through and across the ranch for additional home sites and water well locations.
Water
Seller is in the process of drilling a new water well. Several caliche pits hold water for additional wildlife watering areas. Water in the area is reportedly readily available if the new buyer should want to add additional water wells.
