This Hill Country ranch is situated along both sides of FM 2631 in Real County, about 19 miles northeast of Camp Wood and 30 miles northwest of Leakey.

Both sides of clear flowing Bull Head Creek meander through the property for over a mile. There are many accessible areas to enter the creek making for a wondferful park-like setting. Additional live-water includes Cord Spring Creek which flows into Bull Head Creek near the southeast corner of the property. The property is currently not ag exempt.
IMPROVEMENTS
There are a few dwellings that once served campers and staff when the property was an active camp. These structures have not been attended to over the years and are prime for a restoration project. An older horse stable rests on the property as well.

This ranch is an oasis for wildlife with whitetail deer, axis deer, aoudad, turkey, dove, duck and hogs.
