Beautiful 199.82 ac. ranch is located less than 9 miles northwest of Fredericksburg in the Cherry Mountain/Gypsum Mine area. The ranch features a wide array of areas with thick shin oak brush cover, open pastureland, and fallow fields - previously cultivated and having gone back to native grass. The 20 +/- acres might add to an owner's recreational use for off-roading and shooting range. The ranch is served by Central Texas Electric Cooperative and a private water well.
