Location
Located 10 +/- miles northeast of Eden on FM 2134. Paved FM 2134 frontage road for approximately 1 mile.
Land

A 3,400 +/- SF (per CCAD) 4B/4.5B main house, hunter’s lodge, and three well-kept barns are located at the ranch headquarters. The perimeter fencing is all high-fenced with a 500 +/- acre cross highfenced pasture, roads are along all perimeter fencing. Wildlife
Wildlife on the ranch is excellent with Trophy whitetail deer, Rio Grande Turkey, Bobwhite quail, and dove. Large coveys of quail and flocks of turkey are seen frequently. The ranch is MLDP level III. Improved genetics were brought in across different genetic lines that gross 200” typical whitetails. The current owner has implemented a strict management plan, incorporating management practices such as adding food plots, increasing water availability for wildlife and utilizing his cross fenced pasture. The ranch has been on a protein program the last 15 years. There are fifteen hunting blinds, feeders, and multiple protein feeders located across the ranch.
Water
The ranch is well watered with two main water wells and six stock tanks throughout the ranch.
