The Axis Ridge is located between Junction and Sonora south of IH-10 off paved Sutton CR 312 with an approximate one-mile deeded easement to the front gate. This property is 28± miles from Sonora, 48± miles from Junction, 180± miles from Midland, and 180± miles from Austin.

When driving on the ranch, you can see the care that has been taken in managing the land. With good grasslands, large clusters of live oaks, shin oaks, and other hardwoods, the ranch shows off its potential. Much of the cedar has been cleared from many parts of the ranch while leaving some parts for cover for the wildlife. The gentle roll of the land is part of the beauty, with nice draws and long-range views from the hilltops. Most of the perimeter fencing is low fenced, with one neighbor being high fenced. With 27± tanks that are fed with the 14 water wells and over 6+ miles of water lines to 30 concrete water troughs, water is prevalent across the property.
