The Rock Head Ranch is accessed off County Road 330, about 8 minutes east of the County Road 385 and FM 1871 intersection. The ranch is located approximately 21± miles northeast of Junction, Texas, and 22± miles southwest of Mason, Texas.

The beautiful Blue Mountains traverse across the southern part of the ranch in an east-to-west direction. Wildlife is plentiful and impressive on the Rock Head Ranch. The avid hunter will not be disappointed. The Whitetail deer herd has been intensely managed over the past 18 years, and approximately four years ago, other genetics were brought onto the ranch. A variety of abundant wildlife species include axis, fallow, aoudad sheep, blackbuck antelope, Rio Grande turkey, feral hogs, dove, and quail. With approximately 32 corn feeders and just as many hunting blinds strategically located across the terrain, the ranch is set up to take advantage of hunting opportunities. In addition, there are 12± protein feeder stations spaced in various locations.

Numerous springs are located throughout the ranch. The clear flowing springs give the local animals plenty of natural water while as many as seven stock tanks are also available for livestock and wildlife. Six water wells are located on the property, and multiple troughs are situated in various places.
