There are many unique topographical features with 100'± in elevation change. Accessible hilltops exist, providing outstanding views. Many draws and nearby valleys showcase the rich diversity in landscape, resulting in a beautiful Hill Country setting.  A nice variety of trees are present, including post oak, live oak, Spanish oak, shin oak, walnut, native pecan, and cedar elm. The vast majority of cedar has been removed over the years, leaving thick stands of native grasses.A nice 4± acre field is located on the northwest side of the ranch. Wildlife is in abundance with frequent sightings of whitetail, turkey, and dove.  There are many draws on this property making it an ideal landscape for a hunting ranch.

One water well is equipped with a submersible pump on the north end of the property. This water well distributes water to several troughs located throughout the ranch. Indian Creek is fed by intermittent springs that can flow during the wet parts of the year.
