All lots are accessible by an all-weather road, and Medina Electric Co-op utility lines front each lot. Lots 3, 6, 29, 30, 43, and 44 have water wells. For lots that do not have water wells, the Seller is willing to have them drilled and add the cost to the lot price, or the Buyer can have one drilled when they wish. The HOA fee is $300 annually.
