Above the draws, a large portion of cedar has been removed, resulting in a nice array of native grasses covering the area.
Hunting is good, with frequent sightings of native and exotic game that includes white tail deer, scimitar horned oryx, blackbuck antelope and feral hogs.
The ranch has one stock tank and multiple water troughs supplemented by a submersible well. There are two 15 +/-acre traps that are fenced with troughs. These small acreage areas would be a good location to keep horses.
The fenced headquarters has a nice sized 5B/3.5B modular home that has been well maintained. The house has a deck on the north end that overlooks the entire ranch and catches a great breeze in the evenings. The headquarters has had a large majority of the cedar removed, leaving only the live oaks to flourish.
