Clearwater Ranch has been game managed for many years and has grown some of the nicest deer in the area. With the diverse brush and water dispersed throughout the ranch, it is a haven for game. The last census in 2006 recorded approximately 450+ deer on the ranch.

Water:

Both sides of Pinto Creek and year round live water creek, during the drought this creek still had water running.
