This ranch is one of the most scenic in Mason County.  This section of Mason County, called the Blue Mountains, has some of the prettiest views in the Texas Hill Country.  The ranch is divided into  three pastures and a set of cattle pens are between the middle and back pastures.  The terrain is flat in the front to rolling/hilly towards the back.  Access to the ranch is through a 1.4 mile road off of FM 1871.  The ranch roads are in good condition and access around the ranch is easy. 

Vegetation is diverse to include Live Oak, Lacey Oaks, Spanish Oaks, Cedar Elms, Shin Oaks, juniper, hackberry, pecan, persimmon, and other varieties of hill country trees.  The grasses are all native hill country varieties.

This ranch is located off of FM 1871 approximately 20 miles southwest of Mason.  This ranch is approximately 110 miles from the 1604 and I-10 exchange in northwest San Antonio and about a 1 hour 45 minute drive.

Wildlife:

Wildlife is abundant with white-tail deer, feral hogs, turkey, quail and other wildlife.  There is also a diverse mix of vegetation and trees.

Water:

There are two nice year round springs that provide water to one of the pastures and each of the other pastures have wells, one is a submersible pump. 

Improvements:

Improvements consist of a 2/1 home that is in excellent condition and a 2/1 mobile home that has been remodeled.  There are several barns at the headquarters and a nice set of cattle pens.
