The 50 +/- acre parcel is available for individual purchase or can be combined with the 101+/- acre property. The west boundary of the property is adjacent to the JW Marriot Resort and the TPC San Antonio Oaks course. There are multiple building sites, some providing views of the golf course, while others could be positioned for a more private setting. Gorgeous views and the gentle up and down terrain with approximately 200 +/- feet of elevation change give the feel of a bigger property.
